1:1 Employee Coaching Sessions:
Convenient coaching sessions via Zoom for a duration of 60 minutes each, every two weeks, with our Certified Relationship Coach, Elise Jay
Team Intensive Sessions:
3 hour team workshop sessions, conducted online or in-person (if applicable) with our Certified Relationship Coach, Elise Jay
External Support:
Receive support in between sessions through WhatsApp communication for further guidance and accountability
Action Steps & Exercises:
Practical exercises will be provided between sessions to explore and implement new learnings, for integration and lasting change
